Approval of the construction of front fences to lots 1 & 2 with an agreement for those owners to pay half the costs. Driveway gate proposal. Rejected exclusive use of storeroom on 2nd floor. Rejected exclusive use of rear, floor 1 hallway by lot 6. Rejected exclusive use of rear yard by lot 11. Preliminary discussion of Juliette balconies for lot 9.
Proposal of special by-law to approve Juliette balconies and French doors for lots 3, 6 & 9.
Special by-law approved for Juliette balconies and French doors for lots 3, 6 & 9.
Auditor appointed; quote accepted for $3,900 to replace damaged sunroom timbers & waterproofing of lots 2, 5 & 8. Discussion of leasing car spaces & possible exclusive use to lot 11.
Items regarding previous AGM minutes: unauthorised removal of trees in the front courtyard areas; questions over cost of front walls; wor on western sunrooms not properly authorised; rolling gate not authrorised, questioned as to costs; driveway gate discussed. Upgrade of corridors and front entrance; exclusive use of back garden discussed.
Clearing up some questions raised at previous EGM.
Sliding gate lot 2 special by-law proposed; proposed rescinding of exclusive use of west area to lot 2; re-turfing rear lawn; by-law proposed to give exclusive use to lot 6 of rear hall area first floor.
Same as 31st August with the addition of proposed by-law granting exclusive use to lot 11 of part of backyard.
Complaint about the cost of the front fence, the sliding gate & the irregularity of the granting of exclusive use to lot 2 of western area.
