This meeting cancelled the contract with Pearl River cleaners and appointed a firm owned by a friend of one of the committee members. Irregularities in proxy voting are pointed out in minutes of 4^th February. Pearl River cleaners were eventually reinstated.

It was decided the meeting had not been legally convened. Minutes included here to illustrate the discussions going on at the time.

Brief description & keywords:

The agenda has 8 motions listed. Three extra motions, 9,10 & 11, dealing with the French doors and balconies of lots 3, 6 & 9 were added at the meeting. So only the 4 owners attending the meeting, with 1 proxy, had a chance to consider them. The proxy and one of the other owners were not financial at the time and not entitled to vote.

This statement shows that two of the owners who voted at the AGM of the 15th May, had not paid their levies (which were due on 1st May). They made payments on the 25th and 29th.
