Brief description & keywords: GK Strata were not cancelled but committee to get quotes for new managers. Quote from Ecologistics ($4,631.00) to install 17 sub-floor wall vents and a fan driven ventilation system under lots 10 & 11 was rejected rejected.

Brief description & keywords: I don’t have any minutes for this meeting. Items included a $3,900.00 quote for rear wooden stairs; replacing front entry lights; repairs to front door and driveway locks. Will check the minute books but I know I had to have the front entry lights replaced as a ‘repair-replacement’ and there was a big commotion. I don’t think this meeting achieved a quorum.
